Letting Go of anxiety through this short meditation: Anxiety is often related to obsessive thinking. Meditation soothes anxiety by teaching us how to kindly distance ourselves from our thoughts. We don’t have to believe everything we think. Often when we allow our thoughts to take over our happiness and joy we are no longer in control of our lives. We have to learn to let go of this destructive pattern.
